Club Run Initiative - 13th February

After a couple of false starts the Club Run initiative will be going ahead Thursday 13th February with Tom Craggs.The session

will be 800 metres at Warblington and will be  preceded by  a 10 minute warmup run. This is a change from the published schedule.

 

The sessions are projected to be 90 mins to 2 hours so be prepared. The session will consist introduction, pre brief, warm

up, session, warm down and debrief.  This is your opportunity to have the benefit and experience of an international standard

coach.
